Plasztik Kartya Print & Business Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Business Services to oversee business operations, client services, print production support, and administrative functions across the organisation. This executive leadership role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can optimise operational performance, lead cross-functional teams, strengthen client relationships, and drive sustainable business growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead the overall business services strategy, operations, and service delivery across the organisation.
- Oversee print services, administrative operations, customer support, and business process management.
- Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Manage departmental budgets, operational performance, and key business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- Monitor business performance through KPIs, reporting, and operational analytics.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, service expansion, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in business services, operations management, print services, administration, business development, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous senior leadership or director-level management experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of operational planning, financial management, and business strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments, complex projects, and organisational priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, CRM platforms, reporting tools, and business management software.
- Strong understanding of customer service excellence, process optimisation, and organisational development.

Pay: £49,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
