We are working with a welcoming primary school in the Wirral area that is looking to appoint a qualified Teaching Assistant to support within their Early Years setting from September.
This is a fantastic part-time, mornings-only opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to play an important role in supporting their learning, development and wellbeing.
The Role
- Supporting children within an EYFS setting
- Assisting with play-based learning and classroom activities
- Supporting children’s communication, social and emotional development
- Working alongside the class teacher and wider Early Years team
- Helping to create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 qualification or higher is essential
- Relevant qualification in Childcare, Early Years or Supporting Teaching and Learning
- Recent experience working with young children
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for supporting children’s early development
