We’re a small team of experienced Harrogate ladies providing bespoke home support to older people in and around Harrogate – and we’re looking for thoughtful, reliable, and experienced individuals to join us.
If you have care experience, that’s wonderful – but above all, we’re looking for empathy, genuine care, honesty, and reliability. This isn’t just a job – it’s a vocation. A chance to make a real difference to the lives of our clients and their families.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience supporting older adults, with or without dementia, preferred
Excellent spoken and written English – clear communication with our clients and their families is essential. Harrogate based is essential.
Your own car and a clean driving licence
Local to Harrogate (local knowledge and a friendly, approachable manner are a big plus)
Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends. We are looking for the ideal candidate to be able to cover holidays, bank, the role would start with a few hrs to start and grow from there. Initially 5-10 hrs a week to start.
Enhanced DBS (required)
Ability to provide reliable, safe, and attentive care
What we offer: up to £18–£20 per hour for the right person – higher than any other local agency, because we believe it’s the most important job in the world
