Beauty Therapist – Purely Beauty Location: Cardiff Hours: Starting part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. Purely Beauty is a brand-new salon opening this September, and I'm looking for someone special to join me from the very beginning. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a business from the ground up, grow alongside it, and become a valued part of the journey. Purely Beauty is a private, appointment-only salon. We don't operate as a busy walk-in salon – every client receives a calm, one-to-one experience where they can truly relax. My goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable, cared for, and leave feeling their absolute best. About You I'm looking for someone who is: - Fully qualified in Beauty Therapy. - Experienced in waxing, facials, threading, tinting and the core beauty treatments. - Friendly, warm and approachable. - Professional, reliable and punctual. - Happy-go-lucky with a great sense of humour. - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. - Confident working independently. - Takes pride in cleanliness, hygiene and attention to detail. - Eager to continue learning and developing their skills. - Someone clients instantly feel comfortable with—the kind of therapist they trust, relax around and look forward to seeing. Your Responsibilities - Deliver professional beauty treatments to a high standard. - Build strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer care. - Maintain a clean, organised treatment room. - Recommend suitable aftercare and retail products where appropriate. - Keep accurate client consultation records. - Help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere within the salon. - Contribute ideas to help the business grow.
