We are supporting the appointment of an outstanding Care Home Manager to take responsibility for a prestigious residential care home in Harrogate. The successful candidate will take full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring exceptional standards across care quality, resident experience, compliance, and team performance. You will be supported by a dedicated senior team and will have the opportunity to shape the continued success and reputation of this high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the home’s management and care teams to deliver outstanding resident outcomes
- Maintain exceptional standards of person-centred residential care
- Drive a positive culture focused on dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life
- Oversee regulatory compliance and ensure readiness for inspections
- Develop strong relationships with residents, families, professionals, and the local community
- Manage occupancy, budgets, staffing, and overall operational performance
- Coach and develop colleagues to deliver consistently high standards
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Care Home Manager with a strong background in managing high-quality residential care services. You will be a confident and compassionate leader with a proven ability to create exceptional environments for both residents and colleagues.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience managing a residential care home
- A strong understanding of CQC requirements and quality frameworks
- Experience leading teams within a premium or luxury care environment
- A passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A track record of improving standards, occupancy, and team performance
