At Arctic Improvements, we're looking for ambitious, motivated Sales Consultants to join our expanding team.
If you're passionate about helping homeowners improve their homes, enjoy meeting people, and have the drive to earn an excellent income, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll attend qualified appointments, understand our customers' needs, provide professional advice, and create tailored quotations for premium home improvement products.
What You'll Be Doing
- Attending pre-arranged customer appointments.
- Conducting professional in-home consultations.
- Demonstrating our premium range of windows, doors, conservatories and home improvement products.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable solutions.
- Producing accurate quotations and closing sales.
- Delivering exceptional customer service from consultation through to installation.
- Maintaining accurate records using company systems.
- Working closely with our sales management team to achieve individual and company targets.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience (home improvements preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Own vehicle.
- Laptop or tablet.
- Mobile phone.
