We are seeking a dedicated Baby Room Practitioner to join our nursery team. This position is full time, all year round. This position is for a qualified Level 3 childcare practitioner.
We currently have a position at our Grange road setting.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and creating a nurturing environment for infants.
Responsibilities - Communicate effectively with babies and provide them with individualized care - Implement early childhood education activities to support developmental milestones - Manage daily routines including feeding, napping, and playtime - Deliver a safe and stimulating learning environment within the baby room -
Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting - Proficiency in English to engage with parents and team members - Qualifications in Early Childhood Education are desirable - Ability to multitask and priorities the needs of infants - Passion for providing high-quality care to babies.
First aid, health and safety, food hygiene, FGM, channel and safeguarding children level 1 as well as SEND training would be ideal but will be provided.
Job offer is subject to a clear enhanced DBS check, as well as 2 references from previous employer.
