As an icing biscuit decorator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our biscuits are beautifully hand-decorated to a high standard and quality.
What are we looking for in an iced biscuit decorator?
Someone with great attention to detail that is passionate, creative, steady-handed, and takes great pride in their work.
We understand this is a unique role - you will be given full training. It is crucial for you to be a good listener, patient and willing to learn. We are super proud of what we do here, so quality over quantity is something that we strive for.
This would be a full-time position Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
Our bakery is based in Sturminster Newton in Dorset. You must be able to drive due to the rural location and no access to public transport.
Our team is entitled to 28 days of holiday which includes bank holidays.
Key duties will include:
You will be icing the biscuits using various techniques such as outlining, flooding and top detailing. You do not necessarily have to have experience in this. We feel this would be best suited to someone who has an artistic background, someone who loves creating pretty things, or someone who enjoys baking.

About us:
The company Juliet Stallwood Biscuits was founded 14 years ago by Juliet herself. Juliet started the company in her home kitchen creating cakes and biscuits for friends and family. Fast forward to present times and Juliet has a newly built bakery in Dorset and a small team that we want to expand during these exciting times. Our primary focus is hand-iced artisan biscuit gift boxes. Our sales are predominantly online with thrilling future projects in mind, as we expand the company and our team. We aim to provide the best service and experience possible from start to finish. All our biscuits are handmade, hand-decorated and beautifully packaged here at the bakery. We stock gift boxes in various themes for all different occasions.
