We're looking for caring, enthusiastic people to join our friendly team at Little Grove.
Little Grove is a warm and welcoming home where young adults with learning disabilities come for short breaks, day projects and social activities. Our aim is always the same - develop independence and have fun along the way.
Whether we're cooking together, exploring the local community, heading out for bowling or dinner, or enjoying a relaxed movie night, we create opportunities for our young adults to learn new skills, make friends and enjoy experiences that many people take for granted.

What We’re Looking For:
- A positive and engaging attitude to make each stay enjoyable and meaningful.
- A passion for supporting young people in gaining independence.
- Previous experience and training are preferred but not essential.
- A full driving licence is required.

Hours available vary - could include daytime (9-4pm) if the applicant is interested but will also include 2 sleep-in shifts/month (4pm - 9am)
Approx. 1/2 shifts per week. Although there is flexibility regarding when these are.
