The Role
We’re looking for a driven Multi-Site Manager to take full ownership of our Southern Cluster. You’ll lead multiple stores, inspire teams, and drive performance across sales, standards, and customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Do
Own performance, sales, and profitability across multiple sites (P&L accountability)
Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and store teams
Drive exceptional customer experience and brand standards
Manage labour, stock, and cost control effectively
Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with food safety and 5-star EHO standards
Turn around underperforming stores where needed

What We’re Looking For
Strong multi-site or high-volume retail/hospitality leadership experience
Commercial mindset with a focus on sales and results
Confident leader who can motivate and hold teams accountable
Organised, hands-on, and comfortable travelling between sites
Experience with EPOS, stock systems, and reporting tools (desirable)
