Job description
We are looking for a Painter decorator/Maintenance operative to work as part of a team providing day to day maintenance for properties and communal areas.
The role is for 5 days per week- Monday to Friday, plus occasional additional hours if required but this is rare.
You will be predominantly completing the redecorations of properties under our management, so experience and a keen eye for decorating would be essential.
About us:
Oculus Facilities Management Ltd is a facilities management company that has been delivering property maintenance services since 2006.
We provide to day-to-day response on maintenance issues from minor repairs, to overseeing larger projects such as painting both the external and internal communal areas.
About you:
· Painting and decorating experience would be essential.
· A good history of maintenance experience would be preferred.
· Able to work using your own initiative.
· Meticulous about accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and reporting skills are a must as well as confidence and desire to deliver a great service.
While operating as a team, much of the working day may be spent working independently so the ability to self-motivate is also essential.
· Discreet and respectful of your working environment given that the work is completed in residential properties.
· A good work ethos
We will provide a work vehicle, so it is essential that the candidate holds a Full UK license.

Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
