Are you an experienced and motivated social worker looking to take the next step in your career? Worcestershire County Council is offering an exciting opportunity for a social worker to join our Adult Neurodiversity Team.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled practitioner who:

Is a qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.

Has substantial post-qualifying experience in adult social care?

Demonstrates advanced knowledge of legislation, including the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding.

Has experience supporting neurodivergent adults or within a specialist team?
-
Is confident in managing complexity and promoting person-centred outcomes.
