Sales Manager – Windows & Doors (Self‑Employed)
Location: Cardiff
OTE: £60,000+ (uncapped)
The Window Hub, an exciting award‑winning home improvement company, has just opened in Cardiff and we’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in windows, doors, or glazing.
Role Overview
You’ll lead sales activity for our new Cardiff branch, manage and motivate a small team, and drive growth across South Wales. This is a self‑employed position with excellent earning potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a local sales team
- Achieve branch sales targets and KPIs
- Work closely with surveying and installation teams
- Identify new opportunities in the Cardiff and South Wales market

- Proven sales management experience in windows, doors, or glazing
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation ability
- Results‑driven and customer‑focused
- Motivated by uncapped earnings and autonomy
