Sure Staffing is recruiting reliable and detail-oriented Production Operatives to join the Export Department of a well-established food manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy production team supplying premium food products to UK and international customers.
Location: Gilberdyke
Pay: £12.71ph
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Overtime: Flexibility to work overtime and shifts during peak periods is essential.
Due to increased workload, we are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible. This role is based within the Export Department, where attention to detail and accuracy are essential to ensure products are prepared correctly for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Labelling products and export boxes accurately
- Ensuring labels are applied correctly to meet customer specifications
- Stacking goods onto and from pallets safely
- Wrapping completed pallets ready for dispatch
- Working efficiently to achieve daily production KPIs
- Following company procedures and quality standards at all times
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Please note: This role does not involve picking or scanning.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read, understand, and accurately apply different product labels
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
- Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential
- Full training will be provided
