We are looking for a fun, motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager who would love to join our fantastic team. The Deputy Nursery Manager will assist the lead on one of our high quality 2-5 early year’s settings at The Chinnbrook Centre, B13 0ET. The person will be need to passionate about the education of children and in developing and inspiring a team to support and implement a play-based inclusive curriculum to ensure the children have the best opportunities in their early education.
Working hours- 37.5 hours over 5 days

Summary of role:
· The person appointed will need have experience in senior or middle management role in an Early Years provision previously for at least 2 years.
· To be motivated, enthusiastic and passion to development the setting.
· To be used to planning and supporting others in using EYFS and implementing all plans and assessments supported through observations and children’s interests.
· To support the creative use of the setting and its facilities.
· To support the manager, it the effective running of the provision in relation to practitioner deployment, supporting CPD and reporting on children’s development.
· To work in partnership with key agencies and the local community to provide quality services which enhance opportunities for social inclusion. To work in partnership with parents to support their children’s learning.
The Chinnbrook Centre staff have set annual holidays as we close the provision for; 1 week at Easter, 2 weeks in August and 1 week at Christmas due to the provision being a 48-week setting. Your holiday entitlement will be used for the above holidays. You do however, have two floating days which you can choose to have off at a day to suit you. As well as paid bank holidays.
