SALARY: Up to £33,000 Base + Monthly Bonus (OTE up to £39,000)
HOURS: Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 5.30pm (NO Saturdays Required)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are now looking for a front of house Service Advisor to support our growing JLR (Jaguar Land Rover) workshop. You will be the first point of contact for customers Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet, greet and answer inbound calls and emails from customers
- Book in jobs, create and update workshop
- Prepare and issue quotes, including upselling services where appropriate
- Liaise with technicians, parts and management to keep work flowing smoothly
- Update the system with accurate notes, job statuses, and customer details
- Provide a professional, friendly experience for every customer
- Confident in sales, closing deals and chasing-up leads
Please note:
Applicants must have experience of working in the automotive sector as a Service Advisor, Aftercare Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, Workshop Controller or similar to be considered for this role.
