£47,375 - £53,329 dependant on experience
Mental Health Nurse with 3 years post registration experience.
This role is not suitable for newly qualified nurses or preceptorship nurses.
You will be working on the Private Ward.
Priory Hospital Barnt Green, offers acute mental health and psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) services for 23 males and females.
It also has excellent transport links, including:
- A local bus and train station
- A 10-minute drive to the M5 and M42 motorway
You will join the team on the Private unit working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. In this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.

Essential
- Hold current professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) along with Mental Health.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity within a relevant care setting. Appropriate registration or experience required for the ward.
- Willingness to complete further clinical, managerial and leadership training and development relevant to your area of practice in management and leadership.
- Experience of working in an environment that requires the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable

Experience of clinical audit and/ or service improvement based on evidence.
