We are currently are looking for an expetional Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to join the Team. As Restaurant & Bar Supervisor, you will support the Bar & Restaurant Manager with the smooth and efficient running of breakfast, lunch, dinner service and any events of the day. This role is hands on and you will be on the floor with the team to ensure quality of service is up to brand standards.
As food and beverage supervisor you will be directly responsible for the following -
1) Ensuring great customer service is delivered by yourself and the team.
2) You will be preparing drinks and running a bar and a restaurant.
3) You will be train the team and ensure that are receiving constructive and fair feedback.
4) You will be closing daily account for the food and beverage department and handing relevant paperwork to the night team.
5) Monitoring standards of service and improvising where required.
