Duties
- Supervise children during breakfast and after school activities, ensuring their safety at all times
- Organize fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities that encourage social interaction and creativity
- Support children with their routines, including breakfast and snack times, homework assistance, and transitions between activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that promotes positive behavior and engagement
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and children to ensure a cohesive experience
- Promote inclusive play by encouraging participation from all children regardless of ability or background
Experience
- No previous experience necessary
- Demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships with children and colleagues
- Strong communication skills to support clear interactions with parents and team members
