The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Response Centre team. This is a fast-paced environment where meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of service are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email with professionalism and efficiency
- Follow schedules and procedures to ensure service levels and KPIs are met
- React quickly to peaks in workload while maintaining quality standards
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver 100% customer satisfaction
About You
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong understanding of KPIs and service levels
- Computer literate with excellent communication skills
- Flexible, logical thinker with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Committed to teamwork and continuous improvement
