The successful applicants MUST be flexible in being able to provide additional cover for other team members to cover holidays and sick leave etc.
Our Receptionists undertake a very busy multi-tasked role, in a busy practice and as a valued team member you will actively support the Doctors and the Practice by answering the phone, dealing with patient queries, booking patient appointments, issuing medication, scanning letters into records, and more.
In addition to the normal Reception duties you will also provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of the Practice. This may include dealing with the non-NHS work i.e private claim forms and copying of medical records.
These roles require well-presented individuals with a calm, methodical approach to work and the ability to deal empathically and professionally with the general public.
Must have good computer skills, experience of dealing with the public, or within a similar environment would be desirable.
