We are looking for an Experienced, Hardworking, experienced Damp Expert with excellent Knowledge and Experience of both Diagnosing Damp & Mould issues and the related Treatment. Must be able to turn their hand to multiple related Trades/Skills (Damp & Mould Surveys/Plastering/Rendering/DPC Injections/Building/Painting)
**LOCATIONS: APPROX: Stoke on Trent / Hereford / Birmingham / Telford**
We need someone to start Immediately who is reliable and actively looking for work. We are looking for someone with excellent knowledge, experience and ideally a Qualification / Qualifications in Damp & Mould Assessment/Treatment
Role will involve the following:
- Damp & Mould thorough Surveys to Determine Cause/Remedial Action required
- Damp Treatment (Mould Washes/3 Step Treatment/Painting)
- DPC Injections/Damp Course Treatments
- DESIRED: Plastering/Rendering
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills to enable them to accurately and correctly provide Surveys and reports to a high standard.
See below for the desired and essential skills we require (Perfect candidate will have all the Essential Skills and some/all of the Desired Skills - But those with only the Essential Skills will still be considered):
ESSENTIAL:
- Damp & Mould Surveying Experience
- Damp & Mould Treatment Experience
- Painting/Decorating Experience
- DPC Injection/Damp Course Treatment Experience
DESIRED - NOT ESSENTIAL:
- Plastering/Bonding & Plasterboard Repairs
- Rendering Experience
- Plumbing Works (Taps, Waste, Toilets, Basins, Sinks)
- External Drainage Experience
- Bricklaying/Excavation Experience
- Damp & Mould Related Qualifications
- Experience working for a Council/Housing Association

IMPORTANT NOTE RE PAY:
Payments are Subject to CIS Deductions (30% - Not registered, 20% Registered or 0% - Gross Payment Status)
EG (20% CIS): Weekly Pay = £180 x 5 = £900.00. Minus 20% (£180) = £720.00 Take Home Pay/Paid (Remaining £180/20% is paid direct to HMRC)
Any Adjustments required/overpayments etc are worked out on your annual Personal Self Assessment/Return
