Panda Fluff is looking for a reliable, practical and hands-on Handyman / Maintenance Technician to support us with the upkeep and repair of our commercial candy floss machines across our client sites.
This is a flexible, part-time role that would suit someone who enjoys fixing things, is mechanically minded and is comfortable working independently.
About the role
You’ll help us keep our candy floss machines running smoothly by carrying out basic repairs, maintenance and replacement of parts.
The work is generally straightforward, and we will provide guidance and support where needed. You do not need to be an experienced engineer or have specialist candy floss machine experience.
Key responsibilities
- Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance on candy floss machines
- Replacing worn or faulty parts
- Identifying simple mechanical or operational issues
- Attending client sites when repairs are required
- Reporting any issues that require more specialist engineering support
- Keeping us updated with photos/videos and a brief report after jobs
We're looking for someone who is:
- Practical and hands-on
- Confident using basic tools
- Comfortable taking things apart and putting them back together
- Good at troubleshooting and finding simple solutions
- Able to work independently
Previous experience with machinery, vending machines, catering equipment, appliances or general maintenance would be beneficial, but is not essential.
