We are seeking someone to join the concierge team at a busy residential apartment development in Salford Quays.
The development is a high quality, luxury complex and we are looking to recruit someone who has high standards and who can contribute positively to the overall running of the site.
Your duties will include:
- Working from 7am to 7pm, on a 4 days on 4 days off shift pattern
- Being a professional first point of contact for residents, guests and contractors
- Completing regular site inspections and progressing repairs where required
- Carrying out minor repairs, such as light bulb replacement
- Reporting larger items of repair to our head office
- Liaising with contractors and providing access to the building and plant room
- Updating the community WhatsApp group, so residents are notified of important news
- Identifying any health & safety risk and mitigating them
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
