Implant Dentist – Derby
Casa Dental is seeking an experienced Implant Dentist to join our growing dental group.
This is a rare opportunity to step into an established, ready-made patient pipeline. From day one, you will have a busy diary of implant consultations waiting, giving you the opportunity to build a full surgical list quickly.
The position will initially be every other week at our Derby practice, on either a Monday or Wednesday, with a clear pathway to a weekly commitment as cases convert and demand continues to grow. There is further scope to expand into our other locations as we develop implant provision across the group.
We invest heavily in marketing and patient acquisition, particularly within cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Our implant fees are deliberately positioned to encourage strong case acceptance, ensuring treatment plans progress rather than simply sitting as unconverted quotations.

The role
- Provide high-quality implant treatment, from single-unit implants through to complex restorative cases and full-arch rehabilitation
- Assess, diagnose and create personalised treatment plans for patients referred from across the group
- Manage a high volume of implant consultations and confidently guide patients from initial assessment through to case acceptance
- Clearly communicate treatment options, benefits, risks and expected outcomes
- Deliver outstanding patient care throughout every stage of treatment
- Work alongside an experienced and supportive clinical, nursing and treatment coordinator team
- Maintain excellent clinical standards, documentation and full GDC compliance
What we're looking for
- GDC-registered dentist with formal postgraduate implant training, such as a Diploma, MSc or equivalent
- A proven track record of placing and restoring dental implants
- Experience managing cases from consultation and diagnosis through to surgery and final restoration
- Commercially minded — able to build value and close treatment plans, not simply present them
- Strong consultation skills are as important to us as strong surgical hands
- Comfortable managing a high volume of consultations, including patients who may be comparing several providers
- A confident, patient-focused communicator who builds trust quickly
- Collaborative, professional and comfortable working within a multidisciplinary group
- A portfolio of completed implant cases is required
