Reception/Admin:
Meeting and greeting customers, handling bookings by phone, in person, by email correspondence and some admin duties.
Customer Service:
Dealing with customers face to face, by phone and by email correspondence.
Payment System / Cash Handling:
Must have confidence in maths, using a card machine and cashing up at the end of the shift.
Some computer patience..
General Workplace Management:
There will be hospitality, cleanliness, maintenance and following of safety regulations before, during and after your shift.
Music Equipment Assistance:
- The ability to move equipment from room to room is essential.
- Knowledge in gear that most average bands use such as matching guitar heads and cabs, PA systems, knowing the difference between a rack tom and a floor tom, what is a valve and a solid state amp, how a mixing desk operates and how to tune and reskin a snare drum will be infinitely very useful.
Training will be provided so experience is not always necessary but a bit of knowledge in music and audio equipment will be regarded as a bonus.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
