Duties

- Oversee paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads, analysing performance metrics to maximise ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for expansion.
- Create compelling content through copywriting, including product descriptions, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing customers.
- Utilise Google Analytics and other analysis tools to monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate social media management efforts across multiple channels to increase brand awareness.
- Design visual content using Adobe Photoshop for promotional materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management tasks ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
- Analyse campaign data to inform strategic decisions and optimise marketing efforts.
- Lead B2B marketing initiatives to establish partnerships and expand business networks.
- Maintain organised records of all activities, reports, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and organisational tools.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic planning.
- Exceptional copywriting skills tailored for online audiences.
- Experience in social media management and B2B marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
