Parts Advisor
We are seeking is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Vehicle Parts Advisor to join our dedicated team. If you have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a background in vehicle parts, we want to hear from you!
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about automotive parts, customer service, process driven and an eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
As a Parts Advisor at Wings Skoda, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts and accessories for their Skoda vehicles.
- Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Collaborating with the service and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and fulfilment of customer needs resulting in Pre-Picked parts ahead of an incoming customer visit.
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels to meet customer demand while keeping stock fresh and turning quickly.
- Process parts orders, including packaging, labelling, and shipping
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Ability to handle phone calls professionally and provide accurate information to customers
- Adhere to parts ordering and return processes set out by Volkswagen Group
Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive parts sales and customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with online sales platforms and a desire to drive online parts and accessory sales.
Knowledge of Skoda/Volkswagen Group vehicles and their parts would be a benefit.
Exceptional organisational and the willingness for problem-solving.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry or possess vehicle-based knowledge.
