Overview
We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our Strata Solicitors team on a 4 week contract. You will provide essential administrative support to the office, ensuring the smooth day to day running of operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a professional telephone manner who enjoys working in a busy office environment.
How you'll make an impact

Open claims on the office case management system and conduct initial enquiries.

Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with queries professionally.

Carry out general filing duties, including correspondence, file management, and archiving.

Open, sort, and scan incoming post.

Collect and process outgoing post, including post franking.

Make telephone calls to third parties and motor insurers.

Process payments on the system and update claim records accurately.

Request recovery engineer reports and payment packs.

Provide PLP (Post Litigation Partner) administrative support.

Photocopy, scan, zip, and prepare documentation as required.

Assist with general office administration and ad hoc tasks.

Ensure compliance with Gallagher Bassett and office procedures.

Undertake any other duties as reasonably required
