Due to continued expansion, we are looking for qualified mobile technicians to join our team based out of our workshop in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
Key requirements of the role:
- You will be responsible for working on new or nearly new fleet & commercial vehicles
- You will fit and enhance the vehicles to client specifications at dealerships & customer premises throughout the UK
- Based out of our Doncaster workshop you will be responsible for the daily loading of a company work van with the required equipment to complete the installation of various components as detailed below
- The installation of automotive wiring as per drawings
- Installation of electrical modifications
- Wiring in front and rear cameras
- Wiring in parking sensors and fitments
- Accessories fitment duties will be undertaken such as Satellite Navigation units, towbars, parking sensors, roof light beacons etc.
- Installation of ply lining kits
- Installation of roof bar systems
- Completing daily vehicle safety checks on a handheld device.
Working to a high standard on your own initiative or as part of a team. Alongside hands-on practical skills, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dealing with a variety of tasks in a polite and professional manner, with an awareness of Health and Safety within a workshop environment.
About You:
Ideally you will have good general auto electrical/mechanical skills and have experience working with plywood panelling kits, although training will be provided to the right candidates with a willingness to train & learn new skills. You will be positive, with a can-do attitude
- Will have some practical experience working in a similar role or trade
- A willingness to train & learn new skills
- Auto Electrical experience: 1 year (preferred)
- A full UK Driving License is required.

Hours of Work:
- 5 day working week Monday to Friday 40hrs early finish Friday
- 8am to 5pm (overtime may be required on occasion)
