Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Door to Door Canvasser to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients directly in their neighbourhoods to promote our Kickboxing Gym. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships, booking FREE Trial Classes, generating leads, and contributing to the growth of our customer base through face-to-face interactions. Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door visits within assigned neighbourhoods to introduce our offerings and generate interest
- Engage potential customers through effective communication, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored information about our products or services
- Book a minimum of 5 FREE Trial Classes per shift
- Maintain organised schedules and ensure timely visits to maximise outreach efficiency
- Adhere to company policies and local regulations regarding canvassing activities
Experience
- Previous experience in B2B sales or direct marketing is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English are required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus for engaging diverse communities
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and effectively communicate complex information
- Experience working independently, managing time efficiently, and maintaining organised records
This role is ideal for proactive individuals eager to develop their sales expertise while engaging with the community. It is a commision based role. The position provides valuable experience in direct sales, customer relationship management, and interpersonal communication within a professional setting.
Pay: £400.00-£500.00 per month
