Bakery Operatives Wanted

We’re recruiting Bakery Operatives for a Big Bakery based in Andover.
Shift:
AM - 6:00 - 14:00;
PM -14:00 - 22:00;
Pay Rate: £13.97 - £14.46 per hour
Eligibility: Must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK
What You’ll Be Doing
- Packing and preparing food products to meet high quality standards
- Supporting production targets and minimizing material waste
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety on the production line
- Completing traceability and safety documentation accurately
- Communicating effectively with shift management
- Working as part of a collaborative, high-performing team
What We’re Looking For
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn – no experience needed
- Commitment to health & safety and food hygiene standards
- A team player with good communication skills.
