Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer – £54,000 – London
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established building services company covering a mixed commercial portfolio across London and the M25. This role is ideal for an experienced AC Engineer looking for a local patch, excellent earning potential, and the opportunity to finish most days by around 3:00pm.

- Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 DOE
- Hours: 40-hour week
- Vehicle: Company van provided

- Travel: Local patch within the M25 (engineers typically finish around 3:00pm)
- Holiday: 25 days annual leave plus your birthday off
- Sick Pay: 5 days paid sick leave, then at Directors' discretion

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on commercial air conditioning systems
- Service, fault-find, and repair a wide range of AC equipment
- Work on VRV/VRF systems, split systems, and CRAC units
- Maintain equipment to a high standard across a mixed commercial portfolio
- Complete service reports and compliance documentation accurately
- Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring all work complies with current health and safety regulations
Requirements / Qualifications
- Ideally NVQ qualified in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Experience working on Daikin and Mitsubishi systems
- Experience servicing and maintaining CRAC units
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience within commercial environments
- Full UK Driving Licence
