We are looking for creative & experienced Chef to join our ever growing team at Sutton Harbour, Plymouth.
The ideal candidate will be required to:
- Maintain our High Standards in both service and preparation
- Being proactive & passionate – producing high quality food, efficiently & perfectly presented
- Being well organised & enjoy motivating your team
- Contribute to menu development and innovation, bringing fresh ideas and creative flair to our dishes
- Execute assigned tasks efficiently and effectively in various sections of the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering to minimize waste and optimize kitchen operations
Schedule
30 – 40 hours per week / including weekends
Experience:
· Chef : Minimum 2 year
· Cooking: Minimum 2 year
· Kitchen experience: Minimum 2 year
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols
- Previous experience in a culinary environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and serving practices
