To Be Frank is a community bar in the heart of the Northern Quarter. We’re all about great drinks, good music and the kind of atmosphere that makes people want to stay for a few more. We are looking for bar supervisors who can lead our team, know their stuff, love what they do and want to be part of independent venue.
This is a full time contract with hours ranging for 30 - 45 hours a week, shift times vary between 10am - 5am.

To Be Frank is all about proper drinks and proper vibes. We’ve got one of the biggest craft beer and ale selections in Manchester, a serious cocktail line-up with a whole margarita menu, live music and DJs every weekend. We are all about good times and good people.
What we are looking for
+ Fully bar trained with solid cocktail knowledge
+ Confident on the floor and behind the bar
+ Experienced, reliable and ready for full-time work
+ Previous leadership position experience
What you’ll be doing
Leading and running our bars, liaising with the general manager, pouring pints, mixing drinks, serving customers, keeping the place looking sharp and running smooth. We want people who care about the details; the pour, the service, the playlist and who bring good energy to every shift.
