HR Advisor / HR Business Partner, Co. Armagh

We are delighted to be partnering with a successful Northern Ireland manufacturer to recruit a permanent HR Advisor / HR Business Partner based in County Armagh.
Reporting to the Operations Director, this is a varied, hands-on HR role supporting managers and employees across the full people lifecycle. You will provide practical HR advice, ensure compliant processes, and help shape recruitment, employee relations, performance, payroll, training, wellbeing, and workplace culture.
- Advise managers on employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, absence, and capability matters.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, contracts, inductions, probation reviews, and employee records.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and handbooks in line with NI employment legislation.
- Support performance reviews, KPI processes, training needs, employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives.
- Coordinate payroll information, benefits administration, HR reporting, and day-to-day employee queries.
What we are looking for
You will have solid HR experience, ideally gained in a fast-paced manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment. You should be confident advising managers, handling ER matters, managing recruitment, and supporting effective people processes across the business.
