We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on, target-driven role, where you will be responsible for picking and packing orders efficiently, managing inventory, and assisting with the operation of our freeze dryers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a diverse role with a mix of responsibilities and enjoy contributing to our team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders based on set targets to ensure timely dispatch.
- Empty and refill freeze dryers to maintain production flow.
- Prepping and organizing stock for storage or shipment.
- Emptying pallets and organizing warehouse space.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
