About the Role:
As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the leadership, management, and successful operation of the home. You will play a key role in creating a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where children and young people can flourish.
You will lead the Ofsted registration process, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and ensure the home consistently delivers outstanding care and support.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing the day-to-day running of the home.
- Creating a positive, child-centred culture where young people feel safe, valued, and supported.
- Recruiting, mentoring, and developing a dedicated staff team.
- Driving high standards of care and safeguarding.
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards.
- Building positive relationships with local authorities, social workers, schools, families, and other professionals.
- Monitoring outcomes and continuously improving service quality.
- Supporting children to achieve success in education, health, wellbeing, and independence.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an inspirational leader who:
- Hold a Level 3 in residential childcare (or equivalent)
- Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- Has substantial experience working within children's residential care.
- Has management experience within a children's home setting.
- Understands Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards.
- Is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people.
- Has excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Is motivated, resilient, and committed to delivering outstanding care.
