As a result, we are urgently looking for experienced Resin Bound Installation Teams and Individual Installers who take genuine pride in producing exceptional work.

The Role
You will be responsible for installing premium resin bound driveways, patios and pathways to the highest possible standards.
We are looking for installers who understand that every installation represents our reputation and who are committed to delivering outstanding workmanship and excellent customer service on every project.
Responsibilities
- Carry out excavation and groundwork preparation.
- Install permeable sub-bases and porous concrete.
- Lay UV-stable resin bound systems to a high professional standard.
- Install pin kerbs, block edging, soldier courses and decorative borders.
- Install recessed resin manhole covers and finishing details.
- Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship throughout every installation.
- Keep sites clean, safe and organised at all times.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers.
- Work efficiently without compromising on quality.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience installing resin bound driveways, patios and pathways.
- Excellent knowledge of groundwork preparation and resin installation techniques.
- Ability to produce consistently high-quality finishes.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Own transport.
- Ability to work independently or as part of an installation team.
- Reliable, hardworking and professional.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
