Job Overview
We are looking for a Bar & Hotel Team Member to join our team
The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and be willing to work throughout the venue including hotel rooms, communal areas, bar, toilets & kitchen. Full training can be provided for any areas you are not currently familiar with. Hours of work are likely to be between 10am and 23:30 though some hours outside this may be neccesary. You must be over 18 to apply for this position
Duties
- Maintain a warm and friendly environment in the bar
- Serve beverages to a required standard
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of customer areas to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety
- Manage phone inquiries directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed
- Support event setups or special requests to enhance guest experiences during their stay or visit
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive atmosphere for all guests
- Cleaning of all areas of the business
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work alone at times
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A friendly attitude combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
Pay: £12.71 per hour
