The Administration Team works across both Health Outreach and the Norfolk, Suffolk & North Essex Special Allocation Scheme (SAS), supporting vulnerable communities across counties. Health Outreach provides flexible, community-based healthcare to individuals experiencing social exclusion. This service supports people who may struggle to engage with traditional services, including those experiencing homelessness, refugees and asylum seekers, vulnerable migrants, and other marginalised groups.

providing a safe environment for the individuals involved in delivering that treatment.
