Hayman Electrical Services, part of the Hayman Group, is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Electrician to join our growing engineering team.
Working alongside our established Mechanical, Air Conditioning, Renewables and Service divisions, we deliver installation, maintenance and project works across a diverse range of commercial and industrial sectors including education, healthcare, retail, public sector, warehousing and food production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out commercial electrical installation works across a variety of client sites.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works.
- Undertake electrical testing, inspection, EICRs and associated remedial works.
- Install and maintain lighting systems, emergency lighting and power distribution systems.
- Support HVAC, air conditioning and mechanical projects with associated electrical installations.
- Carry out fault finding, diagnostics and control panel modifications.
- Install containment systems including tray, basket, trunking, conduit and cable management systems.
- Complete rewiring, refurbishment and project works to a high standard.
- Attend reactive breakdowns and emergency call-outs when required.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with current regulations and company procedures.
- Complete job sheets, certification and service documentation accurately using digital systems.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, colleagues and management at all times.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- ECS/CSCS Card.
- Testing & Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent desirable).
- Previous experience within commercial and industrial environments.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
