Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint General Production Operatives to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast developing and expanding market leading organisation.
The base hourly rate for this role is £12.71, and following the proposed shift pattern ensures a 12% premium (bringing the hourly rate to £14.24) is applied, resulting in an equivalent salary of £31,100.16
Duties will include but not limited to: -
- Ensure the products are manufactured and packed safely, to the right quality standards and efficiently.
- Strict adherence to Environmental, Health and Safety policies and safe operating procedures, whilst promoting a health and safety culture to safeguard all employees.
- Strict adherence to Technical and Quality policies, proactively contributing to the business’ food safety and quality culture, whilst continually maintaining high product quality and GMP standards.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in manner where line efficiency is optimised, keeping waste to a minimum.
- Keeping the area clean and tidy as you go
- Complete paperwork accurately, timely and ensure strict compliance to traceability
- Deliver training as required to new starters in like roles with strict reference to provided training materials.
- Report any issues that could affect safety, quality or production to the line manager.
- Any other duties as required.

Successful candidates will be required to work 12-hour shifts, alternating between days and nights every two weeks. This is a permanent, fulltime vacancy.
