Duties
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and transaction details.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to maximise customer engagement.
- Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette at all times, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery across all channels.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preffered.
- Experience in the motor trade / automotive industry is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy levels.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse situations quickly and offer effective solutions.
- Experience with upselling techniques is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
