Housekeeper / Household Assistant (12-16 Hours per Week)
Location: Nottinghamshire (live-out position)
We are a busy, friendly family looking for a reliable and experienced Housekeeper / Household Assistant to help keep our home running smoothly.
We own several businesses and have two children, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys creating an organised, welcoming home and who takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- General housekeeping and cleaning
- Laundry, ironing and putting clothes away
- Changing and making beds
- Keeping the home tidy and organised
- Meal preparation
- Grocery shopping and keeping household essentials stocked
- Organising cupboards and storage
- Running occasional local errands
- Helping prepare the home for weekends, holidays and family life
- Walk dogs occasionally.
About You
- Trustworthy, reliable and discreet
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently and use your own initiative
- Friendly, positive and professional
- Previous housekeeping or private household experience is preferred
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Enhanced DBS paid for by us.
Hours
12-16 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday (hours can be agreed with the successful candidate).
There is the opportunity for the role to increase in hours in the future as our family’s needs grow.
