The Rate is £1 to £2 above minimum wage based on age and experience with reviews every 6 months
From drag shows and karaoke nights to bottomless brunches, live entertainment and packed weekend events, no two shifts are ever the same.
We're looking for energetic, reliable and customer-focused bartenders who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience, helping to create a fun, welcoming atmosphere while delivering excellent service.
Duties Include:
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Taking payments and operating the till system
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
- Working alongside hosts, DJs, drag artists and floor staff
- Following licensing laws and responsible alcohol service practices
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods and special events
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be:

- Confident speaking with customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well under pressure
- A strong team player
- Professional in appearance and conduct
- Available to work evenings and weekends
Experience
Previous bar, hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
