We are looking for an organised, detail-focused Tenancy Progressor to join our Single Family Housing team at our Leeds Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading UK operator within the Single Family Housing (SFH) sector, as part of a growing team supporting the continued expansion of its SFH portfolio.
As a Tenancy Progressor, you will manage the tenancy journey from the initial referencing stage through to pre-tenancy funds, document completion and move-in. You will play a key role in ensuring every tenancy progresses smoothly, efficiently and in line with current legislation and company compliance requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in tenancy progression, lettings, property management or residential property who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of a process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end tenancy process, from referencing and pre-tenancy funds through to tenancy agreement signing and move-in.
- Coordinate with tenants, landlords, agents and internal teams to ensure tenancies progress efficiently.
- Issue and oversee tenancy documentation in line with current legislation, compliance requirements and company procedures.
- Liaise closely with Property Management to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated move-in experience.
- Monitor progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays that could impact agreed timescales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenancy records across internal systems.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is correctly recorded and stored.
- Maintain clear and compliant audit trails for all completed and ongoing lets.
- Ensure systems and records are updated within agreed timescales.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Experienced in tenancy progression, lettings, property management or a similar residential property environment.
- Knowledgeable about tenancy legislation and property compliance requirements.
- An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and able to take ownership of tasks.
- Confident working across multiple systems and maintaining accurate records.
- A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively across different departments.
