JOB OFFER. Bar staff required. TEMPORARY job.
Restaurant and cocktail bar is located in the centre of Edinburgh.
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic team members. Experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential. We can offer 35/40h per week. We need two people, one person to do the morning/day shift : 3x 10.30 am till 5pm and 2x 10.30am till 8.30pm. The other person will work evening/night shifts, starting from 6/7/8pm until 1am or 3.30/4am. Probably 2 early close and 3 late closes. The bar will be open until 3am every night.
Ideally, the person will have some bar experience - making coffee, cocktails etc. and the cloinsing person would live nearby.
The expected start is the 1st of August.
