Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform commercial cleaning duties across various areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly while ensuring recycling protocols are followed.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times.
- Use janitorial equipment and cleaning products safely and effectively to achieve optimal results.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution.
- Follow health and safety guidelines rigorously to create a secure environment for all staff and visitors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours.
- Reliable attendance record with a positive attitude toward teamwork and safety protocols.
