At Reflections Training Academy, we are passionate about delivering outstanding training and building strong partnerships with employers to support the next generation of Hairdressers and Barbers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Employer Engagement Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol team.
The Role
As an Employer Liaison Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in growing and supporting our employer network. You will act as the main point of contact for employers, helping them understand and fulfil their apprenticeship responsibilities while supporting the recruitment, placement, and progress of learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing employers.
- Act as the main liaison between employers, learners, and academy teams.
- Support employer participation growth and business development activities.
- Ensure all apprenticeship and employer paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Guide employers on their responsibilities, including off-the-job training and learner welfare.
- Conduct employer visits and maintain communication to monitor apprentice progress.
- Support recruitment events, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Work with teams to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Support learners in securing and sustaining employment.
- Promote safeguarding, Prevent duty, equality, and diversity.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to build and support professional relationships.
- Passion for supporting learners into employment.
- Competent with Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable:
- Experience within the training, apprenticeship, or education sector.
